Who are the organizers?
The Vlerick Oldtimer Rally is organised by the Vlerick Finance Alumni VZW. The Vlerick Alumni is the official alumni association of Vlerick Business School. With several thousands of paying members, the organization represents a thriving global community of more than 22,000 alumni, living in more than 100 countries worldwide.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your favorite co-pilot, make sure your beautiful old-timer shines like new and fill up the gas tank. Food and beverages will be provided throughout the day (from breakfast to an exquisite lunch until the casual barbecue in the evening). You will receive a road book and detailed briefing at the start of the rally.
Is it safe to participate?
Sure! However, note that every car should be registered and insured to be able to drive on the public road. During the event, every participant is obliged to respect the road code. The organisation is not responsible for theft and damage to your car and/or other personal belongings.
General terms & conditions
If you prefer to pay with a bank transfer, the payment should be made within 14 days after subscription. Your participation to the event can only be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days after subscription. Once this deadline has past, the full amount will be charged (non refundable).
